• 10+ years' direct sales experience
• Seasoned negotiator and relationship builder with a proven record of negotiating complex deals
• Extensive knowledge of brand marketing and sponsorship sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven cross-functional leader
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
