Requirements
- Contribute to the development and successful launch of new products
- Adhere to all GMP/GLP requirements
- Create and implement effective direct sales objectives and lead nationwide sales goals
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision
- Provide sales budget and forecast management
- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Provide supervision through retail field visits, observations, and measurement of results
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
- Partner with distributors, brokers, and buyers to develop and maintaining key customer relationship management
- Assists resellers with contract negotiations, closing the sale, and developing marketing plans for contract accounts
- Category SWOT analysis, IRI trends and develop new methods of attaining re-sellers
- Troubleshoots problems regarding procurement and shipment of products
- Responsible for meeting product profit thresholds by account
- Product-forecasting & coordination with the associated department
- Manage, Plan, and Budget Trade Shows
