Job Description
The Regional Coach role within the Sport Clips system is designed to empower and develop Area Coaches and Store Managers. The position involves coaching, training, sales growth, and brand awareness, with a focus on creating a Championship experience for all involved. This role supports multiple locations across various states, acting as a key link between upper management and Store Managers. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, mentor, and trainer.
Requirements
- Develop coaches in technical and operations skills.
- Maintain a visible presence in stores and markets.
- Drive Sales growth within local markets.
- Partner with Regional Directors and other departments.
- Conduct mentorship and training activities.
- Ensure consistent store standards.
- Promote brand awareness and operational excellence.
