Job Description
Spotify is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to join their Artist-First AI Music lab. The team pioneers state-of-the-art generative technologies for music, creating innovative listening experiences that prioritize artists and their work. The role involves collaborating on model training, performance optimization, integration into production environments, and incorporating research into production workflows. The position operates within the EMEA region and Central European and GMT time zone.
Requirements
- Experience training or fine-tuning large machine learning models on GPUs
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of how to debug problems in machine learning training code
- Experience optimizing code for performance
- Solid grasp of computer science concepts like type systems
