Job Description
Spotify is seeking a Staff Research Engineer to join their Artist-First AI Music lab. This team focuses on developing cutting-edge generative technologies for music, particularly in the areas of listener experience and artist creation. The role involves collaborative research, model training, performance optimization, production deployment, and maintaining a high-quality codebase. Requirements
- Training or fine-tuning large machine learning models on GPUs.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure).
- Debugging machine learning training code.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts.
