Spring Health is revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Director, Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization will lead a team that uses data to drive performance, efficiency, and scalability. This is a full-time, fully-remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in workforce management or capacity planning is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis
- Strong command of data and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- A builder’s mindset — comfortable establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment
- Strong leadership presence and ability to develop, motivate, and empower analytical talent
