Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a BDR Manager
- Strategic leadership and ability to grow and maintain a positive team and sales culture
- Developmental expertise and ability to recruit, hire, and develop BDRs for long-term success
- Operational excellence and ability to pinpoint and implement improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity
- Collaborative strategy and ability to partner with senior sales management and marketing to develop and refine a go-to-market strategy
- Analytical acumen and ability to refine processes to be scalable, measurable, and predictable
