Spring Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Member Growth team. The role involves working with a pod to identify and understand user problems, partnering with cross-functional teammates to validate and solve problems, and designing solutions that test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements. The team is responsible for increasing the number of people who utilize their Spring benefits, find the right care, and improve on Spring's member platform.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product designer at a software company contributing to and leading the design of product experiences with a hypothesis-driven experiment culture and metrics-driven approach to design.
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates experience working in a growth design role and having impact on growth metrics (Acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or monetization).
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as collaborating with external stakeholders, to create and deliver on a shared vision of success.
- Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions.
- Team-player mindset: what's good for the team is good for individuals.
- Solve problems with purpose and urgency. Hold yourself accountable to ambitious and realistic timelines.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data along with experiments to evaluate hypotheses and make decisions.
- You're comfortable taking big swings and embracing failure knowing it's a natural part of a growth mindset.
- Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Understanding of latest accessibility and usability standards.
- Excellence in: product design, interaction design, information architecture, and UX writing.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
