Senior Program Manager II, Member Growth job at Spring Health: drive cross-functional initiatives for high-impact outcomes, partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize strategic programs, and lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management, product operations, project management experience within a high-performing tech org, preferably embedded in product, engineering or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including communicating effectively to the executive level
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
- Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making
