Senior Program Manager, R&D Operations

Senior Program Manager will drive cross-functional initiatives that are critical to delivering high-impact outcomes for the product organization. The role requires a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder coordination, and brings a strong sense of accountability and structure to fast-paced programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, product operations, project management experience within a high-performing tech org, preferably embedded in product or engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including communicating effectively to the executive level.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
• Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making
