Upsell Sales - SAAS (Hybrid)

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager - Upsell is to develop long term partnerships with Sprout's customers to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with Sprout. Generate Upsell sales volume and achieve target revenue.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in software sales to large companies
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience at a fast growing SAAS Software Company
• Proven history of acquiring new business via direct sales model across enterprise technology customers
• HR background is a plus
• Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
