Requirements

• Gain hands-on experience in Customer experience, Technical support and Product Management
• Handle responsibilities that span from 1st to 3rd line support
• Work together with Sales and Marketing departments to optimize our platform and service
• Engage with (potential) customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries
• Analyse opportunities to rank better in search engines such as Google
• Write creative content with different purposes
