Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, management consulting, or change management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and leading structured process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional problem-solving discussions.
- Knowledge of change management principles and supporting organizational adoption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
