The Business Transformation Analyst will play a key role in improving the operational and financial performance of Chobani's manufacturing and supply chain network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, operations, supply chain, finance, consulting, or a related role
- Experience supporting business process improvement, operational initiatives, or transformation programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify root causes, and generate practical recommendations
- Experience with financial analysis, KPI development, reporting, or business case modeling
