Client Service Associate

The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in shipping & receiving of mail & packages, fulfilling requests for document printing, delivering mail & packages to site staff, inventory of paper & supplies in copy rooms, providing basic copier support, and light facilities responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position, especially Microsoft Office
