Job Description
The Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist is the backbone of our service level agreements, providing a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients, managing logistics, and operating high-end Multi-Functional Devices. The role requires 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics, and the ability to travel and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics
- Ability to travel and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable with MS Office and learning new proprietary digital systems
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to handle same-day assignments and varying schedules
