Requirements

• Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients
• Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing
• Own the lifecycle of inbound/outbound shipments
• Master manual and electronic chain-of-custody procedures for high-priority packages
• Operate high-end Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) for print, binding (GBC, Velo, Coil), and digital scanning
• Ensure all equipment is 'battle-ready' with proactive maintenance and toner management
• Keep conference rooms, pantries, and common areas 'VIP-ready' at all times
• Manage inventory like a pro, ensuring supplies are always stocked before they're needed
