Information Technology (IT) Specialist

SPS North America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Specialist / Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of SPS’s corporate infrastructure, document processing center environments, technology platforms, and end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and services in a complex, multi-site corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments in virtualized infrastructures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
