The Mailroom Associate is responsible for the efficient handling, processing, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies within a corporate environment.
Requirements
- Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence in a timely manner.
- Prepare, package, and process all outgoing mail and shipments using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other courier services.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs for packages and deliveries.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, label printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, restocking supply closets and distribution points as needed.
- Assist with conference room setups, office moves, and other facilities support duties when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures for handling confidential documents and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
