Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts across the business, ensuring compliance with Egyptian law and company policy, and mitigating contractual and legal risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized Egyptian university; English Section preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Egypt (membership at the Egyptian Bar).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in contract drafting/review in a law firm or in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial, civil, administrative, and labor laws.
• Excellent drafting skills in Arabic and English; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to risk management.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
