Requirements
- +5 Years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in Social-Media and Digital Recruitment Technologies.
- Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable).
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is a must)
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Can-do attitude is a must.
- Team player and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
