The Associate Director, Acute Care Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a hospital-based specialty service within St. Luke's Physician Group. This role is accountable for driving clinical and financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and advancing service line growth across multiple hospital sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Three to five years of progressive leadership experience with direct accountability for team management, operational performance, and/or service line oversight
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with physicians and clinical leaders to drive strategic and operational initiatives
