The Director of Administrative Operations is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Oversees the daily operations of the Administration office and staff
• Develops and implements strategies to optimize productivity, patient flow, and revenue cycle management
• Maintains strong relationships with Regional Directors, clinical leaders, and clerical staff
• Participates in the development of short- and long-term goals and objectives for the department
• Devises and implements all internal policies, procedures and systems
