Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist evaluates and diagnoses patients with physical impairments to maximize functional abilities. Designs and implements individualized treatment plans, educates patients and families on condition management, and promotes optimal health and wellness.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program or physical therapy certificate
• Successful completion of required affiliations
• A minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
