Community Mental Health Clinician | Continuing Care Team

The Community Mental Health Clinician position is a full-time role at the Clarendon Clinic in East Melbourne, providing clinical assessment, treatment, and support to consumers with complex mental health needs. The role involves working within a recovery-oriented model of care, using the Strengths Model of Case Management, and building a therapeutic alliance with consumers and their carers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work, or a Division 3 or Division 1 Nurse with Psychiatric Endorsement from AHPRA, and at least 2 years of experience in mental health.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work
• Division 3 or Division 1 Nurse with Psychiatric Endorsement from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in mental health field
• Post Graduate Nursing in Mental Health qualifications required for nurses
• Post-graduate qualifications in relevant area of specialty or in the process of achieving the same are desirable
• Valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
