We are seeking a Community Mental Health Clinician (RPN) to join our Continuing Care Team at the Clarendon Clinic in East Melbourne. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide clinical assessment, treatment, and support to consumers of the St. Vincent’s integrated adult MHS and their carers, utilizing the Strengths Model of Case Management.
Requirements
- Division 3 or Division 1 Nurse with Psychiatric Endorsement from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of at least 2 years post qualification within your profession, 3 years for Nursing preferably within the mental health field
- Post Graduate Nursing in Mental Health qualifications required for nurses
- Experience in the provision of assessment, discipline specific intervention and case management services to consumers with a serious mental illness and complex needs and their carers within a recovery framework
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
