Senior Mental Health Clinician (Nursing) | Continuing Care Team

Full-time Senior Clinical Nursing Position providing clinical assessment, treatment, and support to clients of the St. Vincent's integrated adult MHS and their carers, demonstrating excellence in discipline-specific and recovery-focused case management skills.

Requirements

• Current registration with AHPRA
• A minimum of 5 years post-qualification clinical experience for Nursing
• Community experience is desirable
• Extensive experience in the provision of assessment, discipline-specific intervention, and case management services for consumers experiencing early psychosis, as well as providing appropriate support for their carers and families within a recovery framework
• Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health staff
• A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2022 (including amendments) and other relevant legislation
• Current Victorian driver's license
• A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
