Social Worker

The role involves providing social work support to patients, families, and carers affected by chronic health conditions, and contributing to crisis work, patient flow, complex and end-of-life care. The position is based at St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst, and is a part-time contract role.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s License.
• Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Demonstrated experience in clinical health social work settings with high level skills in aged care social work service.
• Multidisciplinary teamwork and clinical supervision skills.
