Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel Labour Relations will steer all Labour Relations activities for STADA companies, support and advise business partners on legal issues, and maintain close cooperation with various internal and external interfaces.
Requirements
- Full-time lawyer with a focus on labor law
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of labor law
- In-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor law
- Several years of experience in cooperation/ negotiation with trade unions
- Ability to deal with complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner
- Solution-oriented and follows a pragmatic approach
- Fluency in German and English
