Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Stanley Black & Decker seeks an experienced labor lawyer as the main point of contact for labor law matters in Germany, advising HR and business teams and supporting operational and strategic personnel initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed study of law, business law or comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in labor law and co-determination, ideally in international companies.
• In-depth knowledge of German labor and social law as well as experience in dealing with works councils.
