Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Administrative Support – Document Control specialist and play a vital role in streamlining our documentation processes during our transition to a new system.
Requirements
- Convert legacy plant procedures and documents into a new document control format/template
- Update older flowcharts and process documentation in the required format
- Review and translate existing procedures into clear, consistent templates
- Ensure all documents meet quality standards before final review and approval
- Provide general administrative and document support to the team
