AP/Staff Accountant

Join our team as an AP Specialist and play a vital role in managing vendor payments, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, full-cycle accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP guidelines and best practices in accounts payable.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
