Job Description
The Practice & Site Administrator is responsible for the overall operational management of a medical practice, supervising staff and overseeing administrative and clinical activities. They will ensure the efficient delivery of services, implement business plans, and provide leadership in developing and planning for the practice's future.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare (master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing a medical practice
- Strong leadership and organizational/business management skills
- Human resources and supervisory experience with 25+ employees
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in program implementation, operations, and fiscal management
- Excellent knowledge of information technology
- Electronic medical records experience (strongly preferred)
