Job Description
As an IT Process Analyst, you’ll manage and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes to support the consistent, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization. Manage and oversee assigned ITIL processes, including Asset and Configuration Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT process management, or business analysis within an enterprise IT environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience documenting, implementing, or improving IT policies, processes, or procedures.
- Experience working with ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping.
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
