The Manager, Business Development-SH will be responsible for implementing the client acquisition strategy for SME banking, working with stakeholders to achieve targets, and ensuring a consistent and compliant sales process. The role will also involve managing a pipeline of prospective clients, partnering with other stakeholders, and improving end-to-end processes. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience, prior experience in sales management, and good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
