We're seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive growth and acquisitions in our SME banking segment. The role involves developing and executing client acquisition strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
- Prior experience in sales management
- Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX and wealth solutions preferred
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
- Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong champion of teamwork spirit
- Good command in written English preferred
