Job Description
The Manager, Business Development-SZ is responsible for implementing the client acquisition strategy for SME banking, ensuring daily sales activities align with the bank's overall growth objectives. Key responsibilities include articulating the bank's value proposition, executing the go-to-market strategy, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client journeys, scripts, and offers. The role also involves building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients, improving end-to-end processes for SMEs, and ensuring strict compliance with all regulations and controls.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
- Prior experience in sales management
- Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX and wealth solutions preferred
