The purpose of the role is to maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the SME segment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of SME Banking products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
