Lead the end-to-end delivery of the OneTB initiative, covering 9 squads and 100+ team members, ensuring alignment to agreed milestones. Establish and maintain an overall delivery structure, governance, and cadence. Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, while escalating and resolving blockers in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in program and delivery leadership within complex digital banking or fintech environments
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple squads effectively
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, project planning, risk management, and dependency coordination
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, business development, and driving adoption of digital solutions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with banking products, technology architecture, and regulatory compliance preferred
