Requirements
- A track record of delivering strong sales results and year-over-year growth.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience (hospitality, healthcare, education, interiors, or FF&E strongly preferred).
- 3+ years leading a geographically dispersed sales team.
- Experience with hospitality procurement, brand standards, and FF&E (preferred).
- Strength in negotiating complex, high value contracts (GPO experience a plus).
- Strategic planning and P&L experience.
- Salesforce proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
