Manager Clinical Operations

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations to lead the clinical staffing operations of assigned UHA/MMC medical practice sites. The successful candidate will have responsibility for finance, EMR, human resources, communication, practice management, employee engagement, and implementation of LEAN, 5S methodologies, and A3 problem-solving. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, physicians, and the management team to implement all practice goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Recruits, hires, and manages staff at assigned UHA/MMC clinics
• Develops and implements strategic, financial, and tactical plans and objectives for the clinic
• Monitors staffing and delegates tasks to maintain effective patient service
• Ensures compliance with SOS, UHA, Stanford, and regulatory agency policies and requirements
• Analyzes needs for quality patient care and engagement of staff through LEAN and 5S methodologies and A3 problem resolution
