Manager of Clinical Operations

The Manager of Clinical Operations will have responsibility for the clinical staffing operations of assigned UHA/MMC medical practice sites, including finance, EMR, human resources, and communication. The role will work closely with the Director of OBGYN Services, physicians, and the management team to implement all practice goals and the Stanford Operating System (SOS) goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Recruits, hires, and manages staff at assigned UHA/MMC clinics
• Develops and implements strategic, financial, and tactical plans and objectives for the clinic
• Ensures compliance with the SOS, UHA, Stanford, and regulatory agency requirements
• Listens to patient complaints and offers resolution with a positive outcome
• Coordinates and implements space planning and special projects
• Works with clinical team members to problem-solve through A3 methodology and implements LEAN and 5S processes and project management throughout clinical areas
