Job Description
The Clinician I/II position provides comprehensive mental health services to at-risk children, youth, and families. The role involves providing psychotherapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and documenting services. The position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and a licensed clinical credential.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential
- 1 year of experience providing services to adolescents and their families
- Ability to provide or arrange for safe transportation for youth and families
- Cultural competence to work with and outreach to culturally diverse populations and communities
- Ability to document all clinical records accurately and meet county timelines
- Ability to provide referrals and resources to children, adults, and families
- Ability to utilize Evidence-Based Practices
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with system partners, families, and providers
