Senior Site Architect (Healthcare)

Stantec is looking for a Senior Site Architect to join their dynamic and growing site team in Dubai. The role involves monitoring architectural works, reviewing technical submittals, and coordinating with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 15 years of ME experience
• 6-8 years experience in UAE working in international consultant environment
• Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details and material interface
• Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE building codes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution (Excel, Word)
• Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation
• Knowledge / experience in AUTO CAD
• Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements
