Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Architect to join our dynamic and growing site team in Dubai. The role involves monitoring architectural works, reviewing technical submittals, and coordinating with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of ME experience
- 6-8 years experience in UAE working in international consultant environment
- Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details and material interface
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE building codes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution (Excel, Word)
- Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation
- Knowledge / experience in AUTO CAD
- Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements
- Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to hand-over
