Job Description
We are looking for a Site Architect to join our dynamic and growing site team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 15 years of ME experience, including 10 years in UAE working in international consultant environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of ME experience
- 10 years of experience in UAE working in international consultant environment
- 10 years of Healthcare/Hospital experience
- Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details and material interface
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE building codes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution (Excel, Word)
- Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation
- Knowledge / experience in AUTO CAD
- Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements
- Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to hand-over
