Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach

Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join their growing team. The MOS Coach will work directly with clients to implement, sustain, and continuously improve their Management Operating Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 7+ years of operational or continuous improvement experience in industries such as mining, civil, energy, or other heavy industries
• Practical experience with Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement frameworks
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and influence positive change
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time in operational environments (both virtually and on-site as required)
• Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented with a focus on building client capability
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country
