Job Description
Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of operational or continuous improvement experience in industries such as mining, civil, energy, or other heavy industries
- Practical experience with Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement frameworks
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and influence positive change
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country
