Job Description
Fuse Advisors is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Management Systems (OMS) to join their team. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, or consulting, with a focus on implementing and optimizing MOS within industrial or mining environments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, continuous improvement, consulting, or industrial leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks
- Strong project management, facilitation, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country
