Job Description
Fuse Advisors is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Management Systems (OMS) to join their team. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OMS for client organizations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, or consulting
- Experience within the mining sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks
- Strong project management, facilitation, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
